Description

The Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association Inc. (SCSA) is seeking a highly motivated, energetic and independent individual to join the SCSA team.

In this challenging position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support services to the President and Board of Directors.

Qualifications:
Typically, the qualifications for this position would be gained through a Business Administration/Management Certificate or Diploma and Three years increasingly responsible secretarial experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills including the ability to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders; experience working with a Board of Directors will be consider a  strong asset. Advanced knowledge of computer applications and software is required.

Responsibilities
* Serve as confidential secretary to the President, exercising independent judgement in performance of a wide variety of administrative and clerical duties.
* Coordinate and attend Board and other Meetings, prepare meeting materials and reports, record and prepare meeting minutes
* Coordinate and plan Association activities and events
* Maintain records and documents; update and maintain Policy and Procedure Manual and other manuals; research and provide information on subjects as required
* Maintain, order and distribute employee clothing allowance
