Fortress Properties Inc. invites applications for the position of Assistant Chief Accountant at our head office located in Saskatoon, Sk.
Reporting to the Chief Accountant, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting and assisting in the management of the financial operations of Fortress Properties portfolio. You will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements, daily cash flow management, preparation of year end working papers and annual CAM recoveries and budgets.
The successful candidate will be a results-oriented individual who possesses a CPA designation or is within 2 years of completion. A minimum of 3 5 years of progressive accounting experience is required. Advanced excel knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, ability to meet deadlines and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Previous experience in public practice, Caseware, property management and Yardi V7S would be considered an asset.
