Emsley & Associates Inc. is an executive business and technology center in downtown Regina. Renting out office space and providing shared office administration services to tenants. The administartive assiastant is responsible for organizing all of the administartive activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office for individual tenants. Determining and establishing office procedures and transmitting information internally as required.
Primary duties include:
- greeting and directing customers
- answering the telephone
- some clerical duties
- data entry - accounts payable and account receivable entry
- mail
- typical office duties
- 5-day workweek (hours are 8 - 5)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- has a personality that can add some excitement
- enjoys greeting and meeting new people, can makes tenants and customers feel welcomed and appreciated (hospitality skills)
- professional attitude and appearance
- experience in Microsoft Office
- Related experience as a receptionist
- experience in a customer service role
- outgoing and cheery personality
- reliable (attendance) and prompt
- excellent telephone manners
- customer focused
