The SCSA has an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated and dynamic safety professional to join the SCSA team. We are seeking a Safety Advisor to join our Advisory Services unit.
About the Role
Reporting to the Advisory Services Manager, the Safety Advisor is responsible for providing quality safety advice, other assistance to the SCSA membership and will be required to instruct safety training courses.
Responsibilities
* Provide effective marketing and delivery of programs and services to the construction industry.
* Provide membership with quality safety advice and other assistance, which may include worksite inspections, worksite hazard identification, toolbox and safety meetings and implementation of safety programs.
* Establishing and maintaining business relationships through regular contact with member organizations to identify/define needs and provide solutions.
