E. Bourassa & Sons is looking for a Wash Bay Technician to oversee the day to day operations of our state of the art wash facility at our Weyburn location. The Wash Bay Technician works closely with both the Service and Sales Departments and is an integral part of an efficient and high performing dealership. This opportunity has significant room for career growth with additional Shop Maintenance duties available to the right candidate.

Reports to: Service Manager    

Job Duties:

Clean and detail scheduled equipment in a timely manner
Maintain a clean/tidy shop and wash facility
Perform work in a neat and orderly fashion
Constantly communicate with the Service Manager for updated work schedule/priority
Ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is being achieved by means of quality work completed in a timely fashion
Become an expert in all aspects of the Wash Bay
Continuously strive for improvement in current processes and procedures

Qualifications and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent; additional training and education an asset
Experience in a dealership or retail establishment an asset
Agricultural background an asset
Previous Wash Bay, detailing or yard experience an asset

Compensation/Hours:

Hours for this position are consistent with that of full time employment, with additional working hours being required during peak seasons. E. Bourassa & Sons offers extremely competitive wages complete with a comprehensive benefit package and pension plan.
