We are currently searching for the right person to join our marketing team.

As a successful Customer Service Representative you will create quality showroom traffic through regular customer follow-up and daily appointment-setting practices.  Your friendly, energetic personality will build long term company relationships with past, current and potential customers and their families; contacting customers through their preferred contact method (phone, txt, e-mail) with information that is timely and relevant to their automotive needs.

Job Details Overview
1. Setting, confirming and following up on sales appointments.  This is NOT cold calling.  It is working with existing customers or customers who have contacted us requesting more information.
2. Developing and maintaining long term customer relations
3. Helping customers to define their needs and find the best product for them and their families
4. Keeping detailed notes of all customer contacts
5. Assisting with other marketing activities as needed
