K+S Potash Canada is part of the K+S Group, one of the worlds leading suppliers of standard and specialty fertilizers and the worlds leading salt producer. With more than one hundred years of mining experience K+S offers a comprehensive range of goods and services for agriculture and industry and employs more than 14,000 people globally. K+S is in the initial stages of developing a new potash mine near the community of Bethune, approximately sixty kilometers from the cities of Regina and Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, and is building its workforce to support its development and ongoing operations expected in 2016.
Based at our Legacy Site, the Health, Safety, Environment Advisor will Provide expertise and support by leading the identification of health, safety and environmental risks and controls to eliminate or mitigate these risks. The Health, Safety and Environment develops, facilitates and oversees the implementation of specific procedures and processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and company policy.

We have several contract (end of 2017) full-time opportunities to support our current Operations, Commissioning and Start up teams.

This position will provide 7 day coverage on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
