Responsibilities
The Executive Director (ED) is accountable to the Board of the CAS and is responsible for the direction of the business and non- regulatory activities of the CAS, its staff, and its facilities. These responsibilities are intended to support the success of the mission and strategic directions of the CAS.  It is understood that these responsibilities will be coordinated with the activities and participation of the Board, the Registrar, CAS Staff, Committee Chairs, and members in general. The ED is responsible for business planning, promotion, relationship building, staff management, internal and external communication, and the efficient operation of the CAS. The ED is to also provide continuity for the Association development and administrative matters.
