DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Frequent guest interaction and high server visibility in the Lounge is to be apparent.
- The Lounge server will maintain a high level of bar & food product knowledge and ensure all items served are prepared according to Mr. Mikes standard of excellence.
- The Lounge server will practice the responsible selling and serving of alcohol at all times in accordance with Provincial legislation.
- Cleanliness and organization must be maintained at all times.
- The Lounge server will perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
