Oracle Building Maintenance is currently looking to add a Full Time Manager to our team, and encourage any applicants who have applied in the past to reapply, if still interested.
Hours and days will vary per week Position is for 35 Hours plus per week.
Duties will Include:
- Filling in for staff
- Training new staff
- Inspecting buildings quality of cleaning
- Touch up work for buildings
- Some work like floor stripping & waxing
- Managing Employees
Must have:
- Experience In Cleaning
- Vehicle to travel to in from locations
- Ability to work with little to no supervision.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Honest and reliable.
- Takes pride in their work and a job well done.
- Can follow detailed directions well.
