Description
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers who process, package, test and grade food and associated products
Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other departments
Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy
Complete routine testing to ensure the normal and orderly performance;
Responsible for the maintenance and inspection of the testing equipment;
Make testing records and resolve the work problems to improve the product quality;
Co-ordinate with other staff to prevent hazards at all procedures;
Our requirements:
Fluent in English;
A university degree or college diploma in Chemistry, Food and Agricultural Products or other related fields is required;
Professional knowledge in science and engineering, familiar with the food testing regulations, basic principles for sampling and testing;
Experienced in the work flow and related quality control processes.
