Description

Reporting to the Office Manager, this is a key role within the organization responsible for supporting the operations of the organization. The objective of this role is to onboard, train, and replace their predecessor to ensure stability and efficiency of the organizations office for the long term.

Requirements needed for this role:
Education
Accounting or Administration Certificate or equivalent
3-5 years with full cycle accounting experience
3-5 years in an Administration role or equivalent
Working in a law office or other professional office is an asset
Strong knowledge of accounting programs.  Knowledge of Esi-Law would be an asset
Proficient with Microsoft office including Word and Excel

Diplomatic, professional with strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Flexible, willing to support where needed
