The Co-op Refinery Complex is currently recruiting for a Senior Network Systems Analyst. The primary responsibility of this position is to design, plan, and facilitate maintenance and document the network infrastructure and network services of CRC. This position will serve as an internal subject matter expert resource for one or more networking technologies including but not limited to VoIP, unified communications, wireless, routing/switching, VPN, and network security. Duties include, but are not limited to: ensuring high network availability (24/7) by monitoring network performance and suggesting configuration changes or preventative maintenance; monitoring and evaluating network performance; evaluating and assessing CRC network devices on an ongoing basis, and performing network design and capacity planning services and making recommendations for change or upgrades. Additional responsibilities include developing processes and establishing baselines to report on IT process maturity levels, improving network security, and ensuring all activities are properly documented and that digital network drawings of IT infrastructure systems are up to date.

Qualifications include a University degree with a focus in Computer Science as well as a minimum 10 years relevant work experience in Information Technology. A Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)  or equivalent  is required. Specialized training focused on routing, switching, VoIP, wireless, unified communications, firewalls, and virtual private networks would be considered an asset.
