The Associate Medical Clinic has an opening for a part time Medical Office Assistant.
Our Clinic has 12 family physicians, 4 general surgeons, 3 internists, and  1 Psychiatrist. We are open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. closed evenings and weekends.
Duties include but not limited to :
Greet and check-in patients at the physician's desks.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Minor laboratory duties.
Stock examination rooms with supplies.
Medical Office Assistant position requires a grade 12 education, computer knowledge, strong English skills and be willing to take direction well. Experience in the medical field is an asset and training for the right candidate will be provided.
