As the Human Resources Manager Staffing & Retention, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the recruitment plan and processes. In doing that, you will identify personnel requirements, evaluate recruitment standards and best practices, and create and coordinate job postings, interviews and candidate selections. As a retention manager you will be responsible for promoting employee engagement by leading corporate events and various employee activities. You will also assist with change management activities using a variety of techniques and programs. As Training support you will be required to assist in gathering and analyzing information to design, develop and deliver training programs that are efficient and effective and have a positive impact on the organization.
