Sears Cornwall Centre is looking for a Leader to join the Management Team!

Individual must have full availability, including evenings and weekends!

Your responsibilities will include...
> Continuous learning
> Excellent customer service (S.M.I.L.E)
> Strong problem solving skills
> Operating a POS (point of sale)
> Tracking daily sales/VPI/add on selling
> Selling/making and beating sales target
> Customer/associate engagement
> Training/scheduling/leading team
> Opening/closing duties
> Other related tasking

We are looking for someone with strong leadership and organization skills. A background in retail and sales in an asset.
