Red Seal Recruiting Solutions Ltd., is looking for a Heavy Duty Shop Foreman for Estevan, SK. We are a specialized trades and industrial management recruitment company.  

An established company based out of South Eastern Saskatchewan is currently recruiting for a Heavy Duty Shop Foreman. Some of your roles and responsibilities would include:
    Develop, maintain and administer the repair and service program for heavy equipment, semi and vehicle fleet.
    Responsible for working with the General Manager to coordinate, track, and schedule equipment maintenance.
    Coordinate field mechanics to multiple worksites to conduct equipment service and repairs.
    Lead a team of Apprentices and Journeypersons in all aspects of employment; staffing needs, scheduling, discipline, meetings, and safety.
    Be available to take after hours phone calls from field.
As a qualified applicant you will have:
    2-4yrs experience as a Shop Foreman, Maintenance or Equipment Manager.
    Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic status.
    Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
    Above average organizational and multi-tasking skills in a busy shop environment.
    The ability to diagnose common problems over the phone with field Supervisors.
    Strong multitasking skills are required as there are numerous pieces of equipment on multiple job sites.
    Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Fleet Management software.
    The capability to demonstrate, inform and train Supervisors and staff in basic proper maintenance protocols.
