Description

To oversee Huskie Athletics ticketing and promotions, including coordination of Huskie Athletic ticketing/promotions for all activities for the fifteen teams that make up our program including league, non-conference and play-off games up to the National championship level.

Reporting to the Athletic Director, this position handles fast-paced work, and is subject to constant internal and external deadlines, particularly from September through March.  The position maintains important relationships with various stakeholders including sponsors, ticket purchasers, student athletes, media, alumni, community programs and U of S students, faculty and staff.  The successful candidate works in an environment of continuous change and shifting priorities and works very closely with the other members of the Huskie Athletics administrative team to maximize efficiencies around ticket sales, promotional event and sponsorship fulfillment related to ticketing and signage.  Regular evening and weekend work is required.
