Description:
Perform maintenance repairs
Prepare and ensure vacant units are expediently made rent ready
Maintain interior and exterior of buildings
Conduct business in a courteous and respectful manner
Minimum qualifications:
3 years of related experience
Knowledge of plumbing, heating, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair
Valid class 5 drivers license and own vehicle
Knowledge of First Nations culture and socio-economic conditions
Ability to work effectively with others and independently
Employment conditional upon criminal record check
