IEI Industrial Electric & Instrumentation Ltd. was founded in 1975 and together with our alliance to Comtech (Communication Technologies) Ltd., we supply electrical, instrumentation, automation, and communication goods and services to several major oilfield and commercial companies.

We are now accepting applications for 1st and 2nd Year Apprentice Electricians in our Regina, Saskatchewan location. This is a full-time, term position.

As an Apprentice Electrician you will enjoy working with experienced co-workers and established customers. IEI Industrial Electric and Instrumentation Ltd. provides above average wages to their Apprentice Electricians. Within this position you would be primarily responsible for pulling Cat 6, tray and conduit cable.  

Industrial Electric & Instrumentation Ltd. is a family oriented company who holds annual company barbeques and Christmas parties, and is involved in multiple recreation sports leagues. This position allows for the opportunity for full time hours with the flexibility to be home nightly.

Qualifications:

Pulling Cat 6, tray and conduit cable on project site
Ensuring optimized min/max levels of material on truck
Basic map and design understanding

Requirements:

Enrollment in the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship Program
Valid Drivers License with a clean Drivers Abstract
Clean Criminal Background
The ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Test
Scissor Lift/JLG certification
Fall Arrest certification
