We are a full service collision repair facility. Our services include; major and minor collision, hail and PDR repair, windshield and glass replacement, auto painting & refinishing. We are looking for an energetic person to join our team of Estimating Representatives.
Required skills and experience:
Enter detailed & accurate estimates for retail & SGI claims
Answer phone calls, direct inquiries & update customers on status
Order parts for work orders per SGI standards
Check in, tag and distribute parts upon receipt
Track incomplete order status & follow-up
Provide parts to technicians as needed
Enter and balance parts and services in Mitchell Estimating system
Balance Repair orders to SGI Dashboard for invoicing
Deliver a customer service experience and work well with others in a dynamic team environment
Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective customer experience.
