Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor at our Esterhazy, SK K2 location. The Production Supervisor will safely and efficiently carry out the duties of supervising a production crew. He/she will plan and carry out the activities required to achieve safe production goals and continuous ore supply to the hoist.

What will you be working on?
* Direct supervision of a production crew to ensure crew members work safely and efficiently following procedures set out by the company.
* Communication with dispatcher, maintenance departments, superiors and other production crews.
* Ensure crew members are trained for current and future job requirements.
* Attend meetings on behalf of the underground department (ie: training sessions hourly/staff, maintenance, planning, safety related, underground improvements, environment, etc.).

What is required for this role?
* Grade 12/GED.
* Ticket to supervise underground as per mine regulations.
* Several years of mining experience and the ability to work with people; as well as co-ordinate functions with other departments.
* Knowledge of commonly used software packages is required; EMPAC, KRONOS, OUTLOOK, WORD, EXCELL etc.
* Must display sufficient credibility and integrity to maintain the respect of superiors, subordinates and peers.
