The Saskatchewan Writers' Guild seeks a full-time Executive Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to the Executive Director, Board, staff, and committees of the SWG.
The Executive Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting the Executive Director and providing overall office administration. This includes essential clerical and general office tasks, reception duties, and some database management. The ability to take accurate Board minutes is essential, as is having written competencies including formatting, spelling, editing, and knowledge of MS Word.
This is a 37.5 hour per week position with some travel required to attend Board meetings and assist with on-site events.
