Overview
The Saskatchewan Research Councils Environment Division has an immediate opening for a Technologist I in the Environmental Analytical Laboratories.

Accountabilities
Communicating with clients regarding analytical testing requirements
Logging samples into the lab information management system (LIMS)
Some initial preparation of samples for analysis

Qualifications
A chemical technology diploma or equivalent
Experience in laboratory procedures
Knowledge of relevant chemical terminology, Microsoft Word and Excel

Skills
A team player with effective interpersonal, communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills
Necessary training will be provided

The chosen candidate will be required to provide an original Criminal Record Check that is satisfactory to SRC prior to the commencement of any employment duties.  The Criminal Record Check must have been executed within the preceding 30 days of receipt.
