FCL invites applications for the position of Treasury Manager in our home office located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
The Treasury Manager is responsible for short- and medium-term monitoring, planning and managing the efficient utilization of cash and financial services for the FCL group of companies. Key responsibilities include: managing all aspects of cash management (investing and borrowing activities as well as payment card regulations), managing relationships with financial institutes that provide key financial services to the enterprise, and team member coaching and developing. The position requires a high degree of finance technical expertise.
The successful candidate will have a University degree in Commerce with a major in Accounting or Finance and 8+ years of combined experience in Finance out of which 5 years are in cash management, forecasting, banking, financial instruments, and risk management activities. The candidate must also possess and demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Professional accounting, treasury, or finance designation (CPA, CFA, CTP) is required. Experience with complex financial modelling and forecasting would be an asset.
