Description

Busy Full-service Starbucks located in the beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Regina is now recruiting for a full-time Supervisor to lead our team of amazing Barista's!

The primary function of the Supervisor will be to assist the team during peak times, inventory management including monthly audits, ensure the Starbucks standards are met at all times, training new staff, and assisting management with minor administrative duties.
The Supervisor will help sell and serve Starbucks  products, anticipate customer needs, and apply Starbucks  service techniques in a professional manner while maintaining a clean and comfortable coffee shop environment.

Full product knowledge of Starbucks products will be  required to successfully perform the job. We provide fully-paid Starbucks Brand specific training for this position.  

Store hours are currently 6am-6pm. Supervisor candidates must be available from 530am-7pm as shifts may vary between these hours.
Primary shifts for Supervisor will be Monday-Friday with the expectation to assist on weekends as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
    minimum 2-3 years customer service
    Safe food handling certificate (we will provide if required)
        Preference will be given to trained     Starbucks Barista's.
