In this position you will be part of the Blairs sales team, working to create solutions and opportunities for customers to help their business be more profitable and efficient. You will work with customers at the Blairs retail location and by customer farm calls. You will have the ability to work with the Blairs team of professional agronomists to enhance your agronomic skills specifically as it relates to assisting with professional agronomy customers, field trials, and other related projects as directed by the Sales Manager.

Skills Required
Time management, ability to understand the needs and challenges of primary agriculture, excellent oral communication skills, ability to take direction and coaching from your sales/agronomy team mentors, ability to communicate clearly through writing, emails, etc., ability to use Microsoft office applications, most importantly the ability to identify problems and challenges and work with the Blairs customer to develop an effective solution.
