Raven Roofing (Sask) Ltd. is a well-established privately owned company in Regina that specializes in the building envelope of commercial and industrial buildings.  Incorporated in 2003, the company has become an industry leader in flat roofing, metal cladding and metal decking.  We are presently seeking an Operations Manager to help the business grow throughout Saskatchewan.

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading a complement of safety minded personnel, office staff, estimators, project managers, field staff and installation subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships within the construction industry
- Direct and coordinate operations activities ensuring effective production schedules
Communicate daily with project managers and site foremen
- Oversee the project life cycle from tender/proposal to substantial completion
- Ensure safety regulations are adhered to and assist with the company obtaining the Certificate of Recognition (COR)
- Manage multiple priorities in a timely and effective manner
- Assist in performance management of key personnel

Qualifications:
- At least 10 years experience in the construction industry.  Roofing or/and metal experience is considered an asset
- Working knowledge of safety compliance regulations and labour standards
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of project financials along with corporate budgeting
- Ability to lead by example and motivate employees
