Natural Wonders is a fully integrated Early Learning Centre that has programming for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. We are growing exponentially due to the dynamics of the team and the programming we provide.  Our SK Valley location requires a strong team leader with excellent communication skills, is a good role model, and can mentor and lead what is currently a very strong team. HR experience is an asset. Applicants must be of good health, enjoy a fast pace and able to accommodate a flexible shift. Regulations by the Ministry of Education mandate applicants currently meet, exceed or are able to work towards an ECE III.  Other related fields will be evaluated by the Ministry of Education and certified according to previous education. Must have or be working on a professional development portfolio that verifies the want to continue to learn and excel in the field of early learning. Applicants must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and be able to learn to use the software the company uses to manage internal information. Previous scheduling and budgeting experience is an asset. This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and other duties would be as assigned.
