Administrative Assistants
We are currently seeking two outgoing and professional Administrative Assistants for approx. one year contracts. This position will work on site approximately 5km outside of Lloydminster, AB and will be an integral team player during turnaround from May to June. The successful candidate will be versatile, organized, and able to multitask in a fast paced environment with short deadlines. Accuracy and attention to detail are vital for success in this role. Wage will be $16- 20/hr depending and experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Word processing and data entry using MS Word and Excel
Editing and maintaining reports on materials and ordering
Photocopying and scanning binders and other documentation
Support a team of approximately four planners and one superintendent
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year of experience as an administrative assistant, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Intermediate proficiency with the following programs: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Publisher, MS PowerPoint, and Visio
Class 5 Drivers License and reliable transportation to and from site
NICE to HAVE Qualifications:
Previous experience using SAP; specifically the Work Order and Material Requisition Modules
Previous experience with oil and gas
Previous experience working turnarounds
