The team at Aurora Financial Solutions (Sun Life Financial) is looking for an Administrative Assistant to fill an open position. With offices located in Tisdale and Saskatoon, our dynamic team consists of 7 advisors and 5 support staff
This posting is for a full-time, temporary position during regular business hours: 8:30 to 5:00, 5 days a week for our Tisdale branch. We are looking for someone who fits in with our professional environment, is highly motivated, and makes a good impression on our valuable clientele when they first enter the office. This position requires excellent communication skills.
DUTIES
- Client Greeter: welcome clients, let Advisors know they have arrived, monitoring schedules
- Client Service: incoming calls, general inquiries and tasks
- Ordering Supplies: both for the general office and specific requests
- Clerical: paper and electronic file maintenance, organizing mail and courier
- Advisor Coordination: monitoring schedules, task completion, confirming appointments
- New Business: managing requirements and completion of new insurance business
- Projects: mailouts, campaigns, etc. to be assigned throughout the year
- Some daytime calling and appointment setting may be required
