Description

Service Coordinator

We are seeking an individual for a highly successful dealership who has excellent interpersonal, customer service skill, organizational skills and be able to work as part of a team. This is a full time permanent position in Lloydminster, AB.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    Verifying warranty coverage/work and documentation;
    Work orders/documentation;
    Follow the established repair order process;
    Keep customers informed and updated on the repair status of their units;
    Accurately transfer customer service needs to the work order and verify quality control;
    Posts technician time on a daily basis to the appropriate work orders;
    Opens work orders as necessary and maintain control until they closed and invoiced;
    Maintains and files Service Department copies of work orders and customer records;
    Prepares and submits warranty and product improvement claims;
    Develop and maintain strong customer relations to enhance great dealership image;
    Perform all other clerical duties and functions as directed by management.

Qualifications:

    Exceptional customer service and management skills;
    Excellent organizational, communication & problem solving skills;
    Experience in agriculture and equipment is desired;
    Great understanding of agricultural/mechanical/technical terms and equipment;
    Excellent attention to detail and good computer skills with the ability to learn new programs;
    High School Diploma;
    Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Service Department operations;
    Ability to work extended hours and weekends when required;
    Thrive & multi-task in a fast paced environment;
    Mechanically inclined.
