HJR is currently seeking 2 full-time seasonal Flag Persons to begin immediately to October 2016 (weather permitting).
The successful candidates will be responsible for controlling the traffic through the work zone to ensure the crew and traveling public are kept safe.
Shifts are 10 days on and 4 days off
Accommodations are provided
All necessary and required safety training and job specific training is provided
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Report to the Traffic Accommodation Supervisor
-Control traffic in the work zone
-Set up and tear down workzone signing
-Clean sign truck
-Clean signs regularly
-Participate in all safety meetings
-Document and report incidents
Qualifications
-Reliable
-Must be willing to travel and overnight
-Must have valid Driver's License
-Must be physically fit -able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
-Good communication skills
-Positive personality and good customer service skills
