Adecco is currently recruiting for a permanent full time position of Business Partner based in downtown Saskatoon, SK.  This job opportunity is with one of Saskatchewan's most successful companies and supports the Business Unit in all respects of people initiatives and  team collaboration.

Job responsibilities for the Business Partner role include, but are not limited to:
-Identify, direct, and monitor the people management component within the business Unit.
-Lead the efforts for innovation
-Coach  organizational leaders on proactively identifying and mitigating barriers to the achievement of business unit goals.
-Assess current processes and practices to ensure alignment with the creation of highly effective teams.
-Ensure business strategies align with IT strategies and capabilities.
-Build relationships with IT leaders and key stakeholders in the Human Resources and Organizational Development departments to identify, analyse and monitor concerns impacting efficiency and effectiveness within innovation.
-Provide recommendations that support the strategic and operational goals within innovation.
-Assist with the coordination and administration of vendor and consulting contracts/service agreements.
-Identify opportunities to enhance communication, relationship building, and collaboration strategies across senior levels the company

To be considered for this job opportunity, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology with a minimum of 7 years directly related experience.
