Description

As the Senior Policy & Planning Analyst you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the corporate performance management process. You will research, develop, recommend, implement and maintain corporate and business policies and risk management processes and develop and implement team-based strategic and business planning processes. In addition, you will monitor and act on issues arising from applicable legislation, regulations and policies, intergovernmental relations and required regulatory body authorizations.

To qualify, you will have a degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Commerce or similar discipline. You will also have 4 years of progressively more responsible experience in written and verbal communication, strategic and business planning, risk management, corporate performance management and policy writing and best practices. This individual will also have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others and have the ability to coach, mentor and lead individuals and groups on policy initiatives and programs. A valid drivers license is required.

Special Requirements:  The position requires the incumbent to undergo a Criminal Records Check.
