Prince Albert Photocopier (PAP) is a leader in providing print systems and corporate (IT) information solutions. As a local Saskatchewan company, PAP specializes in print and server/pc technology lifecycle management offering both on-site and remote support across Canada.
PAP is seeking a permanent Full Time Dispatch/Office Clerk to join our business. The candidate must have strong computer skills and excellent organizational, public relations and communication skills.
Reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible for operation of our dispatch centre, front line phone communication, and various other office administrative duties.
What we are looking for
To qualify, you must have completed Post-Secondary Education in a business related program, and/or 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Importantly, you have the following skills and experience:
Training and experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
Data entry experience for speed and accuracy
Must be bondable and pass a criminal records check
