Description

Provide exceptional customer service to existing tenants, ensuring they are comfortable in their homes and addressing issues that may arise
Demonstrated success in a sales related role; ability to generate leads, follow up and close
Plan and execute customer appreciation events
Regular presence in properties, walk through buildings, inspections of suites, identifying potential issues
Creating work orders for maintenance concerns
Lease renewals and renewal inspections as per expiry schedule
Collection of revenue- rent collection, tenant account maintenance, adjustment requirements, Electronic Fund set up, etc.
Initiating and executing evictions following guidelines as set out
Tenant move outs including all paperwork and filing of documents with head office, collection of avenue living property
Reach monthly targets including renewals and collections
Other duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent customer service experience (min 2 years in previous roles)
Superior sales experience (min 3 years in previous roles)
Ability to manage difficult personalities and situations
Excellent communication skills coupled with a very strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, work remotely (outside of the office) with supplied technology (ie, Smart phone, laptop)
Ability to meet physical demands of our buildings (3 story walk ups, stairs, no elevators etc.)
Above average computer skills with applied experience in previous roles
Previous collections experience is considered an asset
Must possess a valid drivers license and have own transportation
Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check
Ability to multi-task, work remotely (outside of the office) with supplied technology (ie, Smart phone, laptop)
Familiarity with the RTA/LTA is considered an asset
