One (1) Permanent Position
Reporting to the Manager, Customer Relations, this position is responsible for:
Developing materials such as procedure manuals, job-aids for internal staff and customers, guides, manuals and other written materials
Consulting and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather, organize and develop materials to support desired outcomes
Building strong trust relationships with internal staff in order to ensure access to key corporate knowledge
Conducting research and/or reading and understanding legislation and regulations to establish factual content and to obtain other necessary information
Planning and coordinating writing activities to ensure production deadlines are met in a fast paced, multi-topic environment
Planning and implementing layout, format and content structure
Evaluating suitability of written materials for different audiences and making recommendations and/or changes to content, style and organization
Using writing standards and best practices while maintaining appropriate flexibility to meet goals
