The Co-op Refinery Complex, located in Regina, SK, is currently recruiting for a Superintendent - Maintenance.

The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the daily operations of the Maintenance Department to ensure all equipment is repaired and maintained safely, and to support high operating factors in Process units. Duties include, but are not limited to, preparing department plans and strategies, such as staffing proposals and budgeting activities to support overall department objectives. You are required to identify areas for improvement both within and outside of the Maintenance Department, and work with all CRC departments to implement those improvements. Communication at a senior level with all departments is essential. This position responds to emergencies 24/7 as part of the Incident Command Team, and is on-call for technical support pertaining to Maintenance work. This position reports to the Director  Maintenance and Reliability.
