The Qu'Appelle Valley Friendship Centre Inc. is seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic youth program support worker outreach worker to open the facility first thing in the morning Monday to Friday and ensure that all people sign in who enter the facility, with the ability to collect additional basic information from youth who attend. Information collected with then be neatly filed and referred to youth program staff for evaluation and followup.
The candidate must be a positive role model with excellent interpersonal communication skills and a demonstrated track record of reliability and punctuality.
Applicants must:
* Relate well with youth and the public
* Possess the ability to supervise small groups of people in the facility.
* Have outgoing, friendly personalities
* Be very reliable and punctual
* Possess organization skills
* Possess the ability to maintain a filing system.
* Have no alcohol or substance abuse issues
* Be able to clear a criminal record and vulnerable sectors check
