Processing incoming / outgoing mail
Picking up / dropping of disclosure / mail
Bank deposits
Paying bills & purchasing of office supplies.
McAuley Law Firm is seeking an individual who must have a working knowledge of PCLaw as well as real estate & who is organized and thorough. We require a candidate who has strong communication & interpersonal skills when responding to inquiries from the public, Crown & Legal Aid when dealing with highly sensitive materials & information ensuring strict confidentiality at all times.
Require 1 or 2 yr legal secretarial program or has experience in a related legal field or a combination of both. Also looking for person with knowledge pertaining to office management procedures which includes filing systems and some knowledge of legal terminology.
