Real Estate Receptionist  Full Time(possibility of part time M-F afternoons also)
Reports to:  Broker/ Manager
Location:  Battleford, SK
Salary:  To Be Negotiated.

Position Description:
The Real Estate Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative and sales support to support staff, agents and management, with minimal supervision. The  Real Estate Receptionist acts as an Assistant to the Branch Manager ensuring that the office is running in a smooth and professional manner. Incumbents in this job may perform all or portions of the following duties and responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as key resource for agents, assisting with sending documentation to appropriate parties on agents behalf, creating marketing material, proofing and inputing all listings and sales information, booking appointments
Reception duties -- answer telephones, confirm appointments, greet clients/walk-ins, forward email inquiries, maintain website and social media accounts, create marketing material
Ensure all information software, clauses, listings & necessary information is current and that agents are equipped with required software programs
Assist Manager with preparation of materials for meetings and implementation of company programs
Complete the monthly staff schedule
Coordinate and administer supplier contracts and arrange repairs, maintenance and installation of branch facilities and equipment.
Ensure supplies and marketing materials are requisitioned and monitored
Maintaining a clean work environment- light cleaning duties required
Coordinating all marketing aspects including business cards, calendars, feature sheets and other promotional material as requested
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Minimum high school education, with a preference to college level courses/ diploma
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel), email and internet
