Job Description: The Director of Finance is accountable for the design, development, coordination, and implementation of the financial and statistical budgeting and reporting of the Health Region to ensure asset and expenditure control, proper budgetary planning, and timely financial, statistical and management reporting for all operations of the Region.  The Director of Finance acts as a resource to other managers regarding financial policy and procedures, budgeting, and financial and statistical reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
Related university degree and/or professional accounting designation and/or related work experience.

Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years progressively more responsible accounting experience.

Skills & Abilities:
    Good knowledge of computerization and computer applications
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Demonstrated organizational and administration skills.
    Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.

37.5 hours in a week rotation.

Shift (days, evenings, nights) including actual hours, date of commencement and temporary end dates are for informational purpose only and maybe subject to change.

Hours of Work: 37.50 hours per 1 week rotation
