Description

As a facilitator you will have the opportunity to help someone with a disability.  You will help to manage volunteers who are presently engaged in helping the disabled person self-determine how they will live.
-You will be guided by the values and principles of The Realm Foundation (www.realmfoundation.ca)
-You will recruit volunteers
-Build connections in the community
-Possess excellent communication, interpersonal & organizational skills
-Be willing to attend professional development
-Be interested in advocating for positive changes in the lives of people with disabilities

THE JOB
-Is a paid contract position requiring 4 ? 10 hours/month
-Requires some evening and weekend work
-Requires attendance to a monthly meeting
-Requires access to to email, internet, and knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Pays: $15.00/hour
