YOUR GOALS : Participate in daily sales calls (via conference call or in person).
Formulate direct and lead Sales activities and manage metrics to substantiate the effectiveness of our programs.
Direct training and performance evaluations of Sales talent and oversee their daily activities.
Actively manage the Sales process, investigate the methods used, try new ideas, remove ineffective ideas quickly and constantly evaluate top performance.
Coordinate and develop roll out of sales processes to the sales team across the companys portfolio (Northern Saskatchewan).
Visit the operating centres within your respective territory and engage with the sales team on a regular basis.
Lead the integration of refinance activities into the daily tasks of sales employees.
Hold sales employees accountable for the work performed, provide coaching and maintain consistent best practices.
Support the Human Resources team in the areas of progressive discipline and performance management including employee performance reviews.
Ensure that employee safety is a priority. Report all injuries to the Human Resources team and submit all required and legislated paperwork within 24 hours.
It is expected that the successful candidate for this role is able to travel 50% to 75% of the time to ensure all centres and employees under this incumbent are operating effectively, consistently and according to company policy.
All other duties as assigned.
YOUR SKILLS : 3-5 years of Sales and Customer Service experience
3-5 years people management or supervisory skills
Must possess a valid drivers license and have a reliable vehicle
Must successfully complete a security clearance
Experience with property management considered an asset
