We are a leading Canadian-based consulting company that has been in business since 1998. We work with clients from a variety of industries to improve their customer service through the use of anonymous evaluations, also known as mystery or secret shopping. In this exciting and dynamic role, you will work as part of our team to manage accounts and increase our client base.

Sales Rep Responsibilities
*Achieve monthly key performance metrics and quality performance through the use of a combination of inbound and outbound sales techniques
*Use Pipedrive to follow up with leads generated by various marketing programs, sales campaigns, and target account prospecting
*Understand our products and services and keep up-to-date on industry trends and the competition
*Identify new prospects and assist with all marketing initiatives

Account Manager Responsibilities
*Provide ongoing support and follow-up with existing clients through all stages of their program
*Negotiate pricing and services
*Work with creative team to set-up programs
*Problem solve, making sure deadlines are met
*Follow up on outstanding invoices

Qualifications
*Exceptional customer service skills
*Minimum 3 years of exceptional sales with a record of meeting and exceeding closing targets
*Proven ability to set appointments with decision makers
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand the needs of customers
*Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
*Ability to use and learn new technology, including social media applications
*Natural leader with positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
