Description

The Town of Fort QuAppelle is seeking permanent full time Assistant Administrator/Office Clerk.
The successful candidate must be proficient in computer skills with a good working knowledge of excel and word.  A background in accounting and knowledge of Munisoft software would be an asset.  
This position will provide assistance to the Chief Administrative Officer with duties consisting of but not limited to telephone/email inquiries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, building permit applications, utility billing and planning and development, managing cemetery records and drafting correspondence.
Local Government Administration Certification or equivalent education would be preferred (or willingness to become LGA certified will be considered).
The Town of Fort QuAppelle is a vibrant community is located in the beautiful QuAppelle Valley and is approx. 45 min northwest of Regina on Hwy #10.
This position offers a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefit and retirement package.
