Description

Colliers has an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career in our Regina office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the aspects of the property management of a portfolio of commercial/residential/condo properties on behalf of Colliers clients, including the operation, physical condition and financial performance of all buildings in accordance with applicable management contracts.

The successful candidate will have:
* Minimum 3-5 years related property management experience with commercial properties, including retail, office and industrial and/or condo/residential properties.  
* Must possess a real estate license or willing to obtain within the first year of employment.
* Independent, self-starter, team player.
* Excellent organizational, prioritization and communication skills.
* Able to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, effectively handle stressful situations, deal intuitively with situations, and work with minimal direction/supervision.
* Role model, conscientious, reliable, and flexible.
* Ability to provide mentorship and encourage leadership and growth in others.  
* High degree of professionalism and passion for success.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) and familiarity with Yardi property management accounting software.
* Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong relationship-building ability, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful.
* Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
