Do you have a passion for working with children? Being a part of a positive workplace environment? Kare4Kids is looking for motivated, an experienced full time Supervisor for Pilot Butte school located within the Prairie Valley School Division.
When you join our Kare4Kids team you will:
- Provide Full Time management of the overall operation of the Program, ensuring a safe, positive environment for all children under your care.
- Supervise staff to maintain consistency in programming and care.
- Act as a leader encouraging and motivating other staff to achieve their very best.
- Create a sense of community and positive partnership with parents of the program, maintaining open communication.
Qualifications (but are not limited to):
- Experience working with children and the desire to serve the families of your community.
- Previous Supervisor experience
- Demonstrated skills in customer service: must be able to foster relationships with families of the program and other team members.
- Must have strong organizational skills and be comfortable working indoors and out.
- The ability to multi-task and thrive in a high energy environment and be able to manage multiple situations effectively.
- Must be able to lead a team while keeping the atmosphere upbeat, motivated and inspired.
- Must possess a current First Aid certificate with CPR, or be willing to obtain one within the first month.
- Provide a completed criminal record check
