STAR HOUSE RESTAURANT (o/a Star House Enterprise Ltd) located at 3433-2 Ave. West, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan is looking for one (1) full-time and permanent Food and Beverage Supervisor (NOC 6212) to be assigned to the said location.

As Food and Beverage Supervisor, the successful applicant is expected to perform the following duties:

Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards


The chosen candidates will receive a wage of CAD $13.00 per hour. All federal and Saskatchewan mandated benefits will be provided.

Qualifications:

    Minimum secondary school completion is required.
    Relevant work experience is required.
